	*Meet Charlotte the Lovely*

Charlotte was purchased from an exotic pet shop in NJ in 1992. She was displayed in a fish tank and was so frightened that she never sat still, quieted down or stopped shaking. The cruelty of her situation was more than we could bare so Charlotte the Lovely came home with us that day. She weighed about 6 lbs and could fit in cupped hands. To give you an idea, she was half the size of our 9 lb cat.




		*March 23, 1992 - March 31, 2009*

Today, Charlotte weighs 170 lbs and shares her living space with a handful of other rescued animals. She is a great pet and I would recommend a Pot Belly Pig to any “serious” animal lover. That horrible pet shop has long since been closed. Probably due to cruelty to animals.
