	When you walk back to the semi-wooded, renovated carriage barn, you will celebrate the joy of discovery! You will find antiques, art, collectibles, gently used furniture, home accessories, lighting and rugs. These lovely consignments are kept for 4 months and marked down 10% monthly. Encore accepts up to 200 new items daily. Consigned clothing items are kept for two months and marked to half price after 30 days. It is beneficial to stop by weekly- you will see new merchandise and benefit from markdowns. Carol suggests that you also keep an eye out for twice yearly Clothing Bag Sales- one in September; one in the Spring. These bag sales have been touted in the Ultimate Thrift And Consignment Shop Guide, and on the Internet.
